BCS Insurance Group is comprised of two for-profit, multiple-line insurance companies
with diverse capabilities. They are BCS Insurance Company (BCSI) and BCS Life Insurance
Company. These two companies, along with their parent BCS Financial Corporation,
are based in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
BCSI is a multiple-line property and casualty insurance company that offers a range
of insurance and employee benefits, professional liability and commercial products.
BCSI has diverse capabilities, with a two-fold mission. First, they are the premier
source for insurance and reinsurance for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans, their
customers, employees, providers and agents. Secondly, they market products and services
to meet the specialized needs of selected commercial insurance markets.

Jefferson Insurance Company ("Jefferson") was incorporated on March 15, 1950 under
the laws of New York and commenced business on June 8, 1950. On April 1, 2007, Jefferson
became a wholly owned subsidiary of World Access. Jefferson will begin issuing travel,
event ticket and other specialty insurance policies in late 2007.
